We are happy to offer a full refund on all purchases made on our website, but under certain condition. We invite you to read the condition explained in more details below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product you have received from us, please let us know. Our returns and refund policy gives you 14 days from receiving the items, to return with a valid order number and receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, all physical items must be unopened in the original packaging, including any accessories, free gift items and documentation that came with the product. Upon receiving the returned unopened items, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We will be unable to offer a refund on any items returned after the 14 day period.

Refund process
Once we receive the returned items you will receive an email to confirm we have the items. Once we have inspected to ensure the return meets our policy for a refund you will receive another email to notify you of your payment which will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

At Boxed by AK we pride our selves on our quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the quality of a product once you have opened the item, please reach out and email us including any pictures of damage or missing items along with your order number. Once we have reviewed this, in some cases we may be able to offer a partial refund in line with the damage, which will be credit to your original payment method within 14 days.
